Non-verbal communication: Luxury perfumeries

We find two women, the first one is the seller and the second a potential customer who advise and sell some luxury products.

Focusing on the seller: The image of the worker is the image of the brand or company.
A slender woman, with an elegant black set: a black blazer and a pencil skirt. The traditional chromatic studies always shows that black colour stylizes man and women's figure.

As part of the same outfit, an elegant watch denoting style and feminity according to the working area. The importance of complements is vital for the first impression of the customer, in this case the second woman.

We see how the shop assistant is keeping a product that seem it has not satisfied the requeriments of the second actor of this image, the customer.

The advice is very important for selling, and in this case the customer has seen another product.

The second woman: the customer has taken a sample product and we can see how she is enjoying from its smell. Will she finally what she wanted?

Unknowing the situational context because we capture the precise moment, we could understant that the woman, has casually entered in the shop to browse instead of buying an specific product.
